Rachelle is the Vice President of Field Enablement, responsible for services operations, at The Marcus Buckingham Company, a strengths-based leadership and talent activation firm based in Beverly Hills, CA. Born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand, Rachelle moved to Old Metairie in 2005 to spend time with her local extended family, but shortly after arriving, met her now-husband, Brian – and hasn’t yet persuaded him to move to New Zealand! Enjoying her home away from home, Rachelle is a mum of two little ones that love spending time in the neighborhood, playing with all the kids on the block. Rachelle joined the Old Metairie Garden Club Board to advocate and support programs and activities that will continue to make Old Metairie a wonderful community in which to raise a family.
